After it downloads

A short Mac install, then you are in.

  1. Open Wikeo.dmg

    When the download finishes, open it from your Downloads folder.

  2. Move Wikeo to Applications

    Drag Wikeo into Applications so macOS can keep it in the usual place.

  3. Open the app

    macOS may say Wikeo was downloaded from the internet. That is normal for new Mac apps. Confirm that the app is Wikeo, then choose Open.

  4. Enable the Safari extension (OPTIONAL)

    Wikeo includes a bundled Safari extension. Turn it on in Safari settings when you want to save and organize videos directly from the browser.

Wikeo is distributed as a standard Mac disk image. The app is signed and notarized before release, so the usual Apple "downloaded from the internet" notice is expected, not a sign that something is wrong.
